Our real
estate rentals and sales software consists of
a public site, where visitors can check the property
availability, and the administrative control
panel that is used by the agency to make and
keep track of the reservations.
The software allows to group and search rental
properties by various criteria, including location,
rental rates and sleeping accomodations. Search results are displayed in an easy-to-view
grid format that allows the user to compare the
properties and contains links to more detailed
information about each property.
User can view detailed information about each
property, including images, rental rates, description
of amenities, and a calendar that indicates free
and reserved dates.
Powerful administrative
panel is easily customizable
to meet the needs for various real estate rentals
and sales agencies. Access to different areas of
the administrative panel is controlled by user's
security which is assigned by the site administrator.
This makes it easy to provide different levels
of access to the administrative part of the site.
For example, agency owners can have full access,
which allows them to add or delete properties,
make or cancel reservations, and run various reports.
Other users could be given permission to just make
or cancel reservations.
